BrillKids Software / Tech Support / little math doesn't work

No idea why it doesn't work suddenly. I can't open the application. When I double the application, it prompt an error message that it is stopped working. Attached pls find the diagnostic file for your investigation.

I'm using the Little Math. No idea why the license is deactivated suddenly. I've tried to enter the license again. It is first activated sucessfully. But after a while, it changed back to deactived and the all the action are disabled. Pls follow up my case ASAP!!
