First of all, let me tell you that we are really very sorry that you feel disregarded and that we understand you feel angry since a 4 weeks delay is really too much.
But we would also like to clear things up:
We answered your first email whith your shipment post code, so you don't have to belive us, you can confirm that the shipment has been sent (look it up at USPS: http://www.usps.com/shipping/trackandconfirm.htm). Your third email was sent four days ago and it saddly happens that it is Easter holidays in Spain and our offices have been closed from the 21st to today (included!). We have already answered to your private email some hours ago.
It is indeed true that there are custom problems with shipments sent from Europe to the USA. But let me tell you that shipments to other countries work fine and do not take longer than two weeks at the most.
As I have said at the beginning, we agree with you that it is too long a time to keep you waiting, so we will send your money back as soon as paypal allows us (when your complaint is closed). Sending another DVD would be of no use since the problem is at USA's customs and we can not do anything about that. Anyway, we are completely sure you will receive our DVD (though late).
