I am wondering how to teach maths to my 27 m/o girl as she wont do LM;
we stopped at day 70+ & she just refused to continue with LM.

Any good suggestions/ways to help us, as I am almost at dead-lock,
not wanting her to lag in maths.
Btw, she can sight read more than 300 words in English/Chinese &
quite good at memorizing stuff..
But when I on LM, she would roll on the floor 

I have the same LM problem with my 2 y/o, sreaming & rolling on the floor when I on LM.
As it, we stopped somewhere at day 70+, but with LR/LC with are almost done even Semester 2 in
just a few days.
Maybe I should just adopt the idea of Elearning & see what happens !

I just wnder if any of you who had been to the website to download the books
are able to do so ? As I cant download any & wonder why ? 

I face the same thing with my 2 y/o as she will turn her face around to show dislike or just grunble 
But she very much like LR & LC that just before 2 y/o now she can sight read a number of words both Eng/Chinese.
Anyone out there who faced this before & overcome it ,please share with us.
Though she can recites 1-10 in Eng/chinese & also read just the words with no picture objects.

 I am from KL, Malaysia & on LR/LM & LC with my 16 months old baby for 5 months now.
She learn well & can sit down & concentrate for 30mins twice a day  , cool right.
Now she can do those action words & body parts when we say out to her.

I started with my bb before she was born, more of experimenting though.
I played music & tapped my tummy, after 3 days, when the music was on, she would tapped back ！
Later on, as she kicked me alot, I would tickled her feet & guess what, after few days, she got it &
tickled me as pay-back !

When she was a new-born, we would blow at her tummy for fun, later at 3 months old,
she would blow hard at my thigh or her dad's bare shoulders...

Started swimming at 7 m/o & could now spin around just with a neck float.
Education aside, even as she learned her share;
now at 16 months, she will get every expressions from us & displayed to everyone after a while

According to my husband, a mainlander chinese, ABACUS already in existance in China for
at least 1,000 years 
It's only quite recently brought back to attention & to teach in school after proven many times, and
still works faster than calculators & computers !
My mom ( 1st generation chinese Malaysian ) learned it , I never did as it was out of fashion during
my time in school. I inherited one antique big size abacus though  from my grandad...
Now we know mental math work wonders & we are after sonthing Ancient

Considering a book aout SGD 30, its almost Malaysian RM 75, then have to buy quite a few books.

Just need to check with all of you who are more exposed with JG & TM.
My bb is 16 months old & had been on LM for 5 months.
We sit her down daily for 1/2 hour twice daily for LR, LM & LC.
She could point to all body parts now when we say it, but not able to talk much.
So for maths, we dont know if she learns anything yet.
Is it necessary for us to get JG or TM, and if so any info of where to get them in Malaysia ?
