Now both Little Reader and Little Math has no sound? or is it Little Reader only?

You need to see if its the computer problem or software problem that caused no sound to play first.
Would you check if the sound is ok for all other computer function or not? Probably open any you tube video and see if the sound is playing or not.

If there is no sound in all computer function, then you may need to check the computer.
Here is the trouble shoot from Windows for computer has no sound:

However, if the 'no sound' is unfortunately happen only with Brillkids software while all the rest of the computer function normally, This problem may be due to outdated audio driver, audio codec conflicts, or media player problems.

I also found that this support article may be useful for you.
It mentioned that if you are experiencing problems with sound not playing back for audio files or in video, or video is not playing, then the most likely reason is that there are codec problems on your system.

I have been checking around for your solutions too.
Was your Little Reader can be function as normal (with normal sound & video display when you play the lesson)?

That Sonic Cine Player may have previously installed into your computer from Windows media player or Roxio creator. Although you already uninstall them but it may left there. It is set to automatically run when you open a media file (VDO DVD photos, etc.)

Kezia did checked and confirmed that Brillkids software does not need the sonic cine player to run the program.

To disable the popup, you can uninstall Sonic CinePlayer Decoder Pack from your computer by using the Add/Remove Program feature in the Window's Control Panel.

1.On the Start menu (for Windows 8, right-click the screen's bottom-left corner), click Control Panel, and then, under Programs, do one of the following:

Windows Vista/7/8: Click Uninstall a Program.
Windows XP: Click Add or Remove Programs.

2.When you find the program Sonic CinePlayer Decoder Pack, click it, and then do one of the following:

Windows Vista/7/8: Click Uninstall.
Windows XP: Click the Remove or Change/Remove tab (to the right of the program).

3.Follow the prompts. A progress bar shows you how long it will take to remove Sonic CinePlayer Decoder Pack.

1) How do I download the presets to the LM program?

All the preset LM are at Little Math Library >> Preset>> then use keyword 'doman', or just follow this link

You will find all the doman preset program there from day 1-60.

Is there an easy way/best way to download all the relevant presets at once?

Unfortunately I think that you will have to download them one by one.
However, the file is not big so each file download should be very fast 
You can download it, lets say, weekly lesson for each week if you do not want to get it 60 lessons straight.

What is the best way to organize and differentiate the Doman user defined presets from the LM ones.

At your LM program, you can create the folder to store them.
I did have a special folder for doman day 1-10, 11-20 and so on as its easy to look for the file when you need it.

Its good to have another piece of paper to mark out which day lesson you have played to make sure that you continue the correct lesson the next day.

For doman method, they have recommended to flash the cards 3 times a day, or at least 15 minutes interval between each session.
if you like this method, another similar method is the Shichida’s 65 Day Math Program, which has a ready made preset program too. You may check it out 

yes please take a look at the right panel for the "recently added files" too. The information shown is not really recent

Previously I had the same problem too.
Try to do again with other browser then it shall be fine.

yes i think the violin teacher shall be the best person to assist you on the size.
last time my daughter's teacher need to check on the position on the shoulder and finger for her.
too small or too big will make the child tired after just a short period of playing.
there are many sound qualilty too. If you just want your child to have fun then student grade shall be ok.
