Has anyone used Little Reader for an older child (6 years and older) to help Dyslexia?

At first, I considered that maybe he is color blind but it's funny, because it's not just the picture flash of the color that he doesn't enjoy, but the word flash of the color too! As soon as the word is displayed, he looks down or to the side and when he hears another word beside a color, he looks up again! It really is amazing! I have decided to just ignore it for now and click through the colors flash quicker.
 
As for Little Maths, that's a tough one. I cannot seem to hold his interest and get him to look at the screen at every number flash. As soon as he looks away, I stop the lesson and try again the next day. We are stuck on day 3, yet on LR he is on day 22!!   

I started my baby on LR from 4 months and he has been enjoying it for a month now. The only topic that he is disinterested in is the colors. As soon as the colors are displayed, he immediately looks away from the screen and looks back again when another topic is displayed. Has anyone else out there encountered this as well?
