It depend what is your objective.

Sending kids too early to school might not be good because the child can pick up  unwanted behaviour and it is difficult to undo. I suggest to send to playgrounp for a short time for learning, social and friend purposes.

The right brain of a child is wide open from 0-6 years. All child below that age uses his right brain than left. The ability of right brain is never question as you can see a child can learn a new Language/or skill in very short time. Most adult does not have this ability to learn a new language in such a short time without understanding and explanation. Before the bridging process happen when a child cross over to think more using his left brain, all things is possible. Start showing cards, games, stimulation and activities that involve your child. He will increase he brain capacity and learning ability. Less effort you need to spend for him at the later year because he is fast learner. Start doing it as early as 1 year old and by 2 1/2 I can assure you he will know how to read.

For perfect pitch training.

You need to have a set of good and quality tuning forks. Good set can cost few hundred. Altenatively you could use a good set of xylophone and normally cost much lesser.

Basically start with playing single note and showing the music note flashcard at the same time .When baby is fimiliar with the sound you can play the note and ask your child to show you which is the correct flashcard. At the later stage you can train the child using tempo of whole note, half and quater.

Play many classical music and also string instrucmen. I have play lot of music to my son love it. Now he is love music and I have enrol him to dancing class.

For new born.

1) Listen often to good piece a string/ piona/ classical music.
2) At 6 months show pictures card such as red, black and white card.
3) Provide more stimulation toys for baby to grip and chew and play.
4) Have a flashcard program from 6 months and above. Example picture + word card, word card, picture only in many areas.
5) Message the baby and exercise the baby.
6) Talk to baby

It is worth the money like Winnie said. I have studied the manual before and Pamela has done a good job in this area. The window of right brain is wide open for children from 0-6 years. You only required min effort to teach them during this age. What to teach and how to teach is all covered in the manual.
