Parents' Lounge / Coffee Corner - General Chat / Re: Can I trust online dating?

I think it depends upon who the other person is and whether you have any common friends who can reassure you about the person. If the dating is through video calls, then at least you know who you are talking to, otherwise faking social media accounts and creating a fake persona just to date is on the rise. Lying and two timing is also a distinct possibility.
Also when it comes to online dating, you don’t really know the person well so thinking of a future with them might be difficult or lead to a lot of problems.
So unless you know the other person to be who he/she claims to be, online dating might be a nightmare.

This completely depends upon your budget. It could be anything. It could be watch, saree, or other kinda dresses, suit piece, kurta payjama for your dad (ya, why not), Car(I already said this depends on your budget), jewellery ,etc or whatever they need and you are able to get.

Parents' Lounge / Coffee Corner - General Chat / Re: What would be your advice for parents with teens?

I will say the following: teens need a control. They are very self-assured and it can bring a lot of troubles. I recommend using any parental control app first of all to monitor their web history. There is nothing better to know a teen closer than have a look at his lap top. I use mspy and can easily block any website or an app. I also can track my teen`s current location in a case he would make his mind to visit some night clubs. Be aware of his entire life and would avoid a lot of problems.
