Congrats. Your hard work pays off. How long have you been playing classical magic to him? Any particular method of playing ie certain songs for certian days of the week? Or do you just play the whole CD throughout? Do you say out the composer of the songs?
 

Do you use toothpaste for a 2 yr? I wonder if they do know how to rise and spit.

My 21 month old is not interested in LM despite of putting in interesting icons (as suggested by KL). It only captured her attention for a short duration. We have been "pushing" her to pay attention to LM while it is showing and she has reached the equation part where it's showing numbers, hence those interesting icons won't be applicable anymore. I'm lost in showing her LM. Should i just stop LM for awhile before coming back to it? Any other suggestions?

Dear Everyone,

I am a full time working mum and my daughter is now 21 months. I have been spending a lot of one on one time of my off working hours with her.  She has been breast fed since birth till now. As you can tell, she is very attached to me. I'm figuring out when an "ideal" timing would be between kids (if there's such a thing). I just wonder if there's any harm in the attention being shared at this age. And do you think as a working mum, would need to compromise on the amount of early education if there is a second child? How long does a child require one on one attention? 3 years old a good guage?

Any advice, please?

I have visited the yoga kids website as recommended by you. They are really great. However in your personal opinion, do you think it is suitable for kids below two? I have viewed your vedios in youtube. They are great! I can see that Ethan loves books alot. He was trying to recite them as you read to him. That's cute! I have a daughter who is about the same age as Ethan, and we even have the same book - Chicka Chicka Boom Boom. But things for me are a complete opposite to what i have been in your vedio. The momement she sees that book, she will ran away from it. This happened even the first time i showed it to her and also applies on other books as well. She used to love books. I started reading to her as young as before her 6th month. She can sit in my lap for as long as 45 mins. Things started to change a couple of months ago. She is so active now that it is hard to keep her still in my lap. She likes to play with us "run and chase", "hide and seek", "piggy back", "bouncing on bed" etc. I am a working mum and i have only a couple of hours for her evey night. I truely agree with the "feel" being loved thing. And i am missing it.    Could you please advise? Would be really keen to know what's your magic.   Please advise on how many books or how long you read to Ethan a day. What is your list of books that you have choosen to read. It would be really useful for me as my girl is about the same age as Ethan. Many thanks in advance.
