Hello..

The administrators of LR are very prompt.......i got my computer formatted and owing to which my LR software got deleted, however i got it reloaded as told to me by LR......... and found it to be very simple..


However no i have another problem..........as told earlier i got my compter formatted as such all the down loaded programmes got deleted.....

I can download free downloads again.............however what about the downlads for which i have spend my points...........this is big problem...........as i have spend my points earlier for the same do i have to spend my points again for again downloading the same.

Please suggest me ...................
