I'm very sorry about the delayed response. Our office was closed for the Chinese New Year holidays, and we just got back to work today.
About what you would like to do (#5 from your last message), can you instead try these steps:
1. Close Little Reader and connect to the Internet
2. Download CleanerReader (
http://d2.brillkids.com/upload/files/support/CleanerReader2.0.exe) and run it as per my instructions from my email last January 20th
3. Open Little Reader and import your license key
4. If you are asked to sign in to your BrillKids Account (during the license key import process), enter the correct email and password for your account
After doing the steps above, you should be able to activate your Little Reader successfully.
If you are still having problems, or if you'd like me to help you throughout the process, I would like to suggest doing a TeamViewer session with you. During the TeamViewer session, I will use a program to "visit your computer" and remotely do the fixes and troubleshooting for you.
We assure you that this method is 100% safe -- the TeamViewer program changes a password which gives access to your computer every few minutes, so you can be assured that once we are done doing the fixes, we will never be able to access your computer ever again. Once we are done, you may freely uninstall the TeamViewer program from your computer so no one will have access to your computer but you.
If you'd like to do a TeamViewer session instead, we will need to schedule a time when we can conveniently meet online. When would be a good time for you? We are available from Mondays through Fridays (except for public holidays), during the following hours:
- UTC time: 2:30am to 9:30am
- New York time: 10:30pm to 5:30am
- Hong Kong time: 10:30am to 5:30pm
** In case it is not possible to meet you via TeamViewer for fixing your activation problem in your office computer (or if your office computer is a desktop PC), we can just do the session for your home computer/laptop. You can watch how I import your key in your home computer so you may try to do the same for your office computer.
