   ไม่ได้เปิด LR ให้ลูกเรียนประมาณ 1 เดือนเพราะเค้าไม่สบาย พอมาเปิดอีกทีเปิดไม่ได้เลยค่ะ คิดว่าจะให้ teamviewer ทำให้เลยค่ะต้องทำอย่างไรบ้างค่ะ

เป็นเฉพาะไฟล์ที่โหลดจากห้องสมุดของบิลคิดส์ ไฟล์ในบทเรีนยสามารถกดฟังเสียงจาก"Pronunciations" or "Picture Audio ได้
ปัญหาจากทุกไฟล์ในห้องสมุดหรือแม้แต่ในริวิวไฟล์ในห้องสมุดก็ไม่มีเสียง การดาวโหลดไฟล์จากเว็บอื่นไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องเสียง ค่ะ

From your message, it sounds like your activation problem has been fixed, so we can focus on your Little Reader sound problem now. We received the Diagnostic Report you sent from your Support Tools window, and we will need a few more details about the problem.

Kindly answer the following questions:

1. What type of sound problem are you experiencing:
> Is the sound cut off? For example, instead of "cat," you hear "ca-"
> Is the sound completely missing?

2. Does the problem happen only to the files you downloaded from the BrillKids Forum, or does it happen even to your curriculum lessons?

3. Are you able to "preview" the sound files attached to the words? To do this, open Little Reader and go to the Advanced Play/Edit screen. Select any word and you should be able to preview "Pronunciations" or "Picture Audio" for it at the right side of the screen.

4. If the problem happens only for specific downloads, can you send those files to us so we can check? Alternatively, you may send us the download page links where you got those files.

5. Are you having a similar sound problem in your other programs or in websites like YouTube?

I hope you can tell us more about what is happening so we may troubleshoot further.

ใน Little Reader มีทั้งเทอม 1  เทอม 2 curriculum Trial และไฟล์ที่โหลดมาจากห้องสมุดก่อนโดนบล็อก ทั้งหมดสามารถเล่นได้หมดเลย แต่ก็ยังโดนบล็อกไฟล์ในห้องสมุดอยู่ค่ะ

Kindly check the following to re-confirm that you were able to activate your Little Reader successfully:

> Open Little Reader and check if you don't see a "Trial Version" label in the window's title bar

> If you've imported some or all of your Curriculum content already, check if you can access or play your courses without being asked about your license key

About your BrillKids Account Management page, unfortunately we needed to disable your account's activation record feature temporarily while we are working on resolving an activation bug from our server's end. Rest assured that as long as you do not see the "Trial Version" label in your Little Reader, you will have activated your software correctly even if the record is not yet displayed in your account.

About the "Trial Curriculum" that you see in Little Reader, do you mean you only have that course listed in the Play Courses screen? If this is the case, please import your content using your Semester 1 and 2 content CDs, or by downloading the files from your BrillKids Account. You may refer to these articles for detailed instructions:

I would also like to inform you that we did receive the error report you sent (from your Little Reader Support Tools) about the sound problem you are experiencing in files that you downloaded from the forum. เอาเครื่องคอมไปเช็คแล้วค่ะร้านซ่อมเค้าบอกว่าเครื่องไม่ได้บล็อกน่าจะเป็นการบล็อกจาก Brillkids ทำตามที่คุณ Kezia บอกแล้วไม่แน่ใจว่าน้ำฝนเข้าใจผิดหรือเปล่าถ้า active โปรแกรมได้สมบูรณ์ curricu trial จะหายไปและจะขึ้นเครื่องหมายที่ไลเช่นคีย์  และภาษาอังกฤษไม่ค่อยดีกลัวว่าภาษาที่ใช้ติดต่อคุณ Kezia จะไม่สุภาพด้วยค่ะ จะให้คุณแอ๋วช่วยทุกรอบก็เกรงใจ ช่วยแนะนำด้วยค่ะ

I haven't heard sound from all files in the library. I 'm not sure that my computer is brock or Brillkids blocked files in my account.

I'm very sorry about the delayed response. Our office was closed for the Chinese New Year holidays, and we just got back to work today.

About what you would like to do (#5 from your last message), can you instead try these steps:

1. Close Little Reader and connect to the Internet

2. Download CleanerReader (http://d2.brillkids.com/upload/files/support/CleanerReader2.0.exe) and run it as per my instructions from my email last January 20th

3. Open Little Reader and import your license key

4. If you are asked to sign in to your BrillKids Account (during the license key import process), enter the correct email and password for your account

After doing the steps above, you should be able to activate your Little Reader successfully.

If you are still having problems, or if you'd like me to help you throughout the process, I would like to suggest doing a TeamViewer session with you. During the TeamViewer session, I will use a program to "visit your computer" and remotely do the fixes and troubleshooting for you.

We assure you that this method is 100% safe -- the TeamViewer program changes a password which gives access to your computer every few minutes, so you can be assured that once we are done doing the fixes, we will never be able to access your computer ever again. Once we are done, you may freely uninstall the TeamViewer program from your computer so no one will have access to your computer but you.

If you'd like to do a TeamViewer session instead, we will need to schedule a time when we can conveniently meet online. When would be a good time for you? We are available from Mondays through Fridays (except for public holidays), during the following hours:

- UTC time: 2:30am to 9:30am
- New York time: 10:30pm to 5:30am
- Hong Kong time: 10:30am to 5:30pm

** In case it is not possible to meet you via TeamViewer for fixing your activation problem in your office computer (or if your office computer is a desktop PC), we can just do the session for your home computer/laptop. You can watch how I import your key in your home computer so you may try to do the same for your office computer.

ตัวโปรแกรมยังใช้ได้อยู่ค่ะแต่ในตัวโปรแกรมมี curriculum trail อยู่ด้วย เห็นเมลย์ล้างข้อมูลเข้าวันนี้คิดว่าพรุ่งนี้คงใช้ไม่ได้ค่ะ ครั้งหลังสุดก็ลงจากแผ่นค่ะแต่เค้าเปลี่ยนไลเช่นคีย์ 

ยังไม่ได้คำตอบจาก  support เลยค่ะ

เช็คดูแล้วค่ะเสียงในบทเรียนก็ใช้ได้ดี ปัญหาคิดว่าน่าจะโดนบล็อกไฟล์ในห้องสมุดมากกว่าค่ะ วันที่ลงไลเซ่นคีย์ครั้งสุดท้ายเหมือนจะสำเร็จค่ะแต่ในโปรแกรมLittle Reader ยังมี curriculum trial  อยู่เลยค่ะ พยายามติดต่อไปที่supportเค้าก็หายเงียบ คิดว่าเค้าคิดว่าเราคงตุกติกกับโปรแกรมของเค้า วันที่active และ import ไลเช่นคีย์รอบสุดท้ายใช้ AIS Aircard และตอนที่เค้าให้โหลดไฟล์เพื่อมาลบคีย์เดิมที่อยู่ในเครื่องเค้าให้ปิดโปรแกรมLRก่อนแต่อ่านไม่ชัดเลยไม่ได้ปิด ตัวที่มันโหลดขึ้นมาก่อนโปรแกรมมันเลยหายไปเลย คุณแอ๋วช่วยติดต่อที่Support ให้ หน่อยค่ะไม่แน่ใจว่าเค้าจะทิ้งเลยหรือเค้ารอตรวจสอบก่อน
