BrillKids Software / Tech Support / LMs doesn't run properly

Hello, We're now at LMs lesson 88 and have been there for more than a week. I tried everything I could but nothing worked. Used the support tool to fix and even sent the diagnostic report, haven't heard back. Some sounds just missing (like names of notes, classical music) and then it will just stop. So we can't do anything now, please help. K

Hello there, Lately My LM program didn't run properly so I uninstalled, hoping to start all new with LM v2. I think I followed all the instructions installing the program and already entered the license key. But somehow I only get the free trial version. I tried going to Account management but my links to Semester1 and Semester1+2 are inactive. What do I need to do to have LM working again? Thanks!
