i don't suggest you to use these tools, as all the baby need to lear how to fall down and stand up by tthemself...is good for them
Babies do learn to walk sooner or later, but it is good to take in consideration that the crawling track serves to stimulate your baby's creeping and crawling activities. What Doman suggests is that developing your baby's motor activity (along with a program of other sensory stimulation) in a systematic fashion leads to increased neural activity which, in turn, leads to overall heightened intelligence. Doman states that a physical learning program is just as important in your baby's brain development as a reading learning program.
It is the same concept as teaching your baby to read at an early age. You could wait until they are 5 or 6 years old, but you would be wasting valuable time.
