Hi All!
As we are using RS and documenting our progress specifically for use on how to modify the program for our tiny tots, I asked about getting a digital copy of the games so that they could be printed in a format more conducive to work with tiny hands. They have since agreed to do this, and we are currently working out the details. I will find out about the possibility of purchasing the manuals, appendices, and workbooks in digital format as well. This would make foreign shipping feasible, although you would have to source many of the manipulative locally, and still need to buy the AL Abacus. Sourcing most of the manipulatives locally, or modifying your own, would be fairly simple for most.
It is already possible to purchase a CD with of the workbooks and appendices (all levels together), but the cost is a bit prohibitive at around $100 US, especially if you haven't decided to continue through all levels. (and really, who knows this?!)
Anyway, I will hopefully know quite soon, so will update. Also, take a look at the following thread as I will post the info there as well:
