I am having an issue using the little reader and little math on my computer. I have no sound for those programs ...
Have you reported your problem to our customer support? Just in case you have not done so, please do -- they will be happy to help you to resolve this technical issue. If you did, I am sure they are on it already, but in case you have not here is the list to streamline your technical support experience!

- Which of our software is causing the issue
- Date and time of problem, specific timezone or country you are from so we can track our logs in case something happened at that time period
- Email address for your user's BrillKids Account
- License key of the program. Please give us the full key string when you write for support
- Version of the software being used

I bought iAccess to use on my iPad. However is it only for the little reader? Or can I get the math stuff that I purchased as well? Today using Brillkids has frustrated me so much. I'm stressed out. I don't understand why I am having so many problems. Help .
