I think we don't have any Swedish word or sound sets for Little Math in the library yet, but you can easily create your own, if you like!
It's actually easier to translate Little Math lessons because you just need to do a few things:
1) Create a word set and a sound set for the language you want to teach
2) Apply your new word and sound sets using the Override function (this will apply the settings to all your lessons, once you've turned Override ON)

Even if your daughter already knows something from what you taught her before, it's not really a problem if she sees the same lesson again. In fact it might be helpful as a review for her, especially since you mentioned that you weren't able to use your flash cards with her for quite a few months.
