Hi Chris,
Thank you very much for your prompt answer.
Concerning the shipping and taxes - I know that it dramatically incereases the price of the product. I tried both option for ordering your product (with and without a keybord) and the price for shipping did not change a bit - it stilll offers $50 UPS shipping to Czech republic for both options. Do I do something wrong?

I couldn't see an exact date that the package deal ended, was curious when the offer was up. Also, we have a Korg with a MIDI connection, would that work with the software, since it's 88 keys?

Also, I am posting a comment from someone who bought the software. It will be great if someone can enlight me about the points he is raising.

1. It doesn't have the option to first play the song so you know what the song sounds like.
2. You cannot go over a selection in the song you are learning to practice just that selection.
3. When you have started a song, you have to finish it, cannot stop midway.
4. It only tells you if you have hit the right key, but if you didn't - either you missed that key, or hit the wrong key - you have no way to go back and try again as it has moved on to the next note.
4. The 'notes' keep moving across the screen, they don't sit still giving you a chance to try to get it right.
5. It doesn't give you any feedback as to where you can improve or areas you need to work on."

I am actually shocked by the behavior and attitude expressed here by the owner of soft Mozart. It is one thing to be confident about your product, but I look for professionalism and respect shown by a company as well and I have to say the conversations that have happened here on the board over the past few weeks have turned me off soft Mozart. I don't care how good the product is, I only support respectful and professional businesses. I have to give credit to Chris for standing by his product without losing his dignity and professionalism. Karma to you.

Teaching should not be just a 'business'. It effects lives.
This product is not good for learning or teaching music. It is not good for kids eyes, ears and fine motor skills development,

I have refrained myself for weeks from stepping into this thread. I can't believe this is still going on and I don't know how to say this politely. 

HH, I can't believe you are still sitting on your high horse of self righteousness. I understand the pride of developing a product and starting a business, but it's ludicrous to believe that you think your product is the be all, do all, end all way of teaching piano. There is more than one way to do anything. However, if you are that confidant in your product that you honestly believe it is undoubtedly the best, you shouldn't have to say a word. When's the last time you saw a post defending the periodic table?

If the product is truly as phenomenal as you claim, non-stop word of mouth rave reviews would be all over this forum. The product would speak for itself, and it would do a much better job than you are doing now. The fact is, the reviews are not all over the forums and your attitude is driving away potential customers.

Observing the way you are putting down your competitor after he has been so gracious to you time and time again, I will honestly never give you a dime.
