Please try these as an initial solution:
1. Install the latest version of Flash Player (ActiveX)
a.) Download Flash Player 20 ActiveX by following this link:
https://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/updaters/20/flashplayer_20_ax_debug.exe**If the link doesn't work for you, go to
http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html and click on the link named "Download the Flash Player content debugger for Internet Explorer - ActiveX"
b.) Once you've downloaded the installer, double-click on it and follow the prompts in the install wizard to finish installing Flash Player ActiveX.
2. Repair your Microsoft .NET Framework by following the steps here:

- Go to Start > Settings > Update & Security
- Under "Windows Update," click on the "Check for updates" button
- If there are updates available, choose to install those updates
(Some Windows Updates may require restarting your computer.)
After trying the steps above, check if you can now see the clapping boy/girl in your lessons.
