I first checked the previous postings on this topic and they are older than 120 days.
The system has recommended that I start a new topic.

So this posting[ is to answer all those mothers who are keen on teaching this valuable skill to their children.

I have been trialing out the program with a  brave mother of 4 young children, in Pakistan and am ready to share our experiences with others.
