Oh, and it was totally on the advice of this thread and wanting to build our library. I looked into Usborne and they really do seem to have excellent quality educational books, so I am signing up with the intention to be my own best customer and the book sales will complement my workshops nicely as well.

 I actually went back 2 more times after this and spent a total of $24 for 24 insturctional books! The best past is that they don't take up more space in my house or garage, I can just print what I only need! YAAY! All books should be available in the "download" format

In retrospect, I can't say that the 50 books for $50 deal was really worth it.  Most of them are simply books that we wouldn't have chosen, and as a result, we have read very few of the books.  We continue to buy more books, bypassing this would-be trove of reading material...  It's not because the books are no good, or too advanced, they simply aren't relevant to our current interests and focuses.  And, actually, many of them are pretty mediocre.
