  Thank you so very much! This is wonderfully helpful. I changed the words to go in the order of the ones my daughter is learning on her signing video's plus family names but the schedule is the same.

sorry can some one explain what reading schedule is all about. For my daughter is all about her mood.

For my daughter is about her mood too  . The schedule is a tool to help me organize the words that I'm going to show her so I have the materials I need ready. This also will help you track what you have already shown her. After a couple of hundred of words you won't remember which words you have already shown to her.

Hello everyone!

It's me again!  I was wondering how do you handle your schedule when you baby isn't into flash cards that day and you were able to do let's say only 3 out of the 5 sets you are showing that week? Or you were able to show all the sets only twice that day? I was adjusting my schedule so I can mark when she has seen the set 15 times, but I don't know if this is right or not. Is anyone doing this? How do you do it?

Dear MTB999, Ayesha and everyone,

As I was working on my daughter's schedule in the excel sheet that Ayesha kindly shared and mtb999 formulated, I came across a small error.  I think that there was a simple copying error that caused the formula to be off a bit once you start with word #16.  Ex. If you look where the word #21 is supposed to show, it actually shows the word #22. Where word #25 is supposed to show it actually show #26.

I made a quick adjustment and have the adjusted worksheet here.

I found that as well and had I waited a couple day your file would have been fantastic. Thanks for fixing this.

You are welcome!    There is not a way to track the people that have downloaded the previous version, so hopefully people realize what is going in on and either fix it or come back and get the new file.

Dear Joha,

Thank you!  Since I had already created my own personal schedule, I just used it in it's original form to enter my sets and did not check the modified version.  So, I am happy that you caught it and corrected it!  Thank you very much!  I will make sure to check my version and adjust it. 

And where is MTB999? or anyone else proficient with Excel and Powerpoint?  I desperately need help in the following thread, please!

Sure - post it where you feel it is best.  And I will keep working on trying to understand the other excel spreadsheet.  It is giving me a huge headache!  I have the exact same feelings I had right before I figured out how to create the Daily Sets Schedule - so I know I am close.

Ok, here it is. I couldn't post it in the free downloads because they don't support Excel files. This file also has a filter so people that are following other teaching programs besides Doman's could find a specific word in the list easily. That way later on if you are not sure if you already tought a word you could find it easily instead of going through the whole list. The instruction on how the filter works is in the instructions tab.

I'm actually working on having it find the words in the list of YBCR so that way you don't duplicate the words, but I'm still working on a couple of bugs.  I'll let you know as soon as I figure it out.

Thank you so much for the schedule. It definetly will help me to organize our sessions. I have a question though, are these five sets supposed to be just with flash cards and then you do some separetly in LR? What do most people do?
