Which one is better ppt or hand made flash cards?

Which ever one you can maintain the most regularly.

If PPT is easier and more realistic to be done, then use it. You can also print the slides and use them as Flash Cards..

(Technically, everything on the PC is handmade because you use your fingers and hands to control the keyboard and mouse smile.

I don't think one is better than the other. You can flash a lot faster with a computer and add sound and animations. But flash cards can be brought with you anywhere, you can play games with them and do other things that wouldn't be so easy with a computer.
It also depends on your baby. Some babies do not like flash cards and some don't like them on the computer. You can try both and see how your baby responds. A lot of variety is normally best.

I try to limit my son's screen time, so that is a factor for not using powerpoint. At the moment, the more pressing concern is the damage he is determined to inflict on my laptop whenever he is within reaching distance...  LOL
