Reading Eggs will launch the United States version of Reading Eggs this August!
 
The US version will include all the great content of the original site but in an American accent OR you can choose to continue with the Australian accent version.

Ok so we tried this one out and WOW! Its amazing. My son loved it. My only complaint is that when doing the placement test my son found the sound for the wrong answers more enteraining then the correct so we made it to 14/30 correct till he slipped and push the wrong but and realized what happened when you were wrong and hit 3 wrong on purpose. But overall it seems wonderful, I think we will use it full time till the 15th and who knows maybe purchase a subscription if it still interests him

Weird my son got to take a placement test and we have done two full levels plus read two books

Mine says it expires 9/3. Yes, the email says you have 3 days to buy it, but if you look on your account, it tells you the exp date.

I just can't compliment enough how good this site it. I only had to site with my son for 2 lessons to help him step by step, now he can do it on his own. Obviously I stay in the same room so I can supervise just incase I can tell he's having trouble with a concept. But its nice, he does learning time at the kitchen table on my lap top while I wash dinner dishes. Plus it supporting all the stuff I'm teaching him through Hooked on Phonics. The more and more we work on it the more I think were going to have to purchase a subscription come August. LOL another thing to buy .
