Hi moms and dads!
I am teaching Daniel to read and came to one 'problem'; he is bilingual in Dutch and English. Most programs that I use with him are in English, like LR. I would like to teach him to read in both languages.
Does anybody have a tip or experience in how to go about the difference in phonetics? Be in English sounds completely different then be in Dutch, is that going to confuse him? Or do I have to tell him 'This is how it sounds in English and this is how it sounds in Dutch" ?
