Sorry to be posting here but been trying to figure out this problem since 7am (GMT+8) and it's close to 9pm at my end, the issue is still sticking out like a sore thumb
, just wondering if there is a serious glitch in the desktop application software for Little Musician, as in my account management webpage, it showed sucessful download but in my desktop application end, it said some error happened thus I am unable to access the materials at all. I raised 2 tickets and multiple emails to the support team but my case was simply dismissed as a version issue (which is ridiculous as my Little Musician was downloaded this morning from their official website) also, is this a normal process for trouble tickets at Brillkids to get closed without getting user ack that issue had been resolved? Searching high and low for a solution to resolve something that's supposed to be simple, I found a thread dated 2012 BrillKids Forum > Little Musician - General Discussion > Tech Support > Problem to Activate the Little Musician License, it seems like the same issue had an alternate answer but the solution was not made public with the tech support asking the user to refer to email, I managed to install Little Math and Little Reader without issue but overall I am pretty disappointed with the products, the way the tech support works and am not sure even if I can ever get my app to work at all, can I get a refund if the app doesn't work?
