Kindly create a Diagnostic Report first, and then uninstall Little Musician and see if that fixes the problem in Little Reader.
It may be best if you create your report from Start > All Programs > BrillKids > Support Tools as this will let you create one report for all three software (vs creating one report for each software). Please see this article for instructions:
