We apologize for this inconvenience - we found a bug related to some Little Musician license keys and the way those particular keys communicated with our server. To fix this issue, we have replaced the Little Musician license keys with brand new ones for some of you, and those new keys were directly placed in your respective BrillKids Accounts. This also means that your old license keys were suspended to prevent further problems, and this is why some of you found that your Little Musician got deactivated.
To continue using your Little Musician, please visit your account management page to copy the new Little Musician license key there, then paste it in your software's license key prompt and click on the "Activate" button, just like what cokers4life and akalori have done. This error won't affect your lessons or your playback progress, so you need not worry about losing those. You do not need to reinstall your software as well.
