Re: Missing sound in Little Musician

I am trying with LMs trial version. But note sounds in some Children's songs under Play/Edit tab seem to be missing or delayed, i.e when the notes popped out, no sounds heard or sounds lagged behind the moment of notes popping up. I tried in 2 different computers but the problem remain the same, so the computer sound system should not be the reason.

Have you experienced the problem? and any solution?

Please try the following:

1. Update to the latest version of Little Musician (right now the latest version available is v1.5.810). Click here for instructions on how to update LMs

2. If you still can't hear the sounds completely or clearly after the update, use the Audio Diagnostic Tool. Click here for instructions

3. If the problem persists after doing all the steps above, please send a support request (at http://support.brillkids.com/anonymous_requests/new ). Make sure you attach your diagnostic report when you send us your request.
