เอาเครื่องคอมไปเช็คแล้วค่ะร้านซ่อมเค้าบอกว่าเครื่องไม่ได้บล็อกน่าจะเป็นการบล็อกจาก Brillkids ทำตามที่คุณ Kezia บอกแล้วไม่แน่ใจว่าน้ำฝนเข้าใจผิดหรือเปล่าถ้า active โปรแกรมได้สมบูรณ์ curricu trial จะหายไปและจะขึ้นเครื่องหมายที่ไลเช่นคีย์  และภาษาอังกฤษไม่ค่อยดีกลัวว่าภาษาที่ใช้ติดต่อคุณ Kezia จะไม่สุภาพด้วยค่ะ จะให้คุณแอ๋วช่วยทุกรอบก็เกรงใจ ช่วยแนะนำด้วยค่ะ

คุณน้ำฝน..แอ๋วมาคิดดู การที่ไฟล์โดนล็อกอาจจะเป็นเพราะว่าคุณยังลงไลเซ่นคีย์ไม่เสร็จหรือเปล่าคะ
โปรแกรมมันเลยไม่ตอบสนองกับไฟล์จากห้องสมุด
เอางี้ละกัน ก่อนที่จะติดต่อทีมงานเลือกบล็อกไฟล์ ลองทำการลงไลเซ่นคีย์และหลักสูตรให้เสร็จก่อน เพราะถ้าทำเสร็จอาจจะใช้ได้แล้วก็ได้ค่ะ
ถ้าไม่ได้ค่อยว่ากันอีกที

ลองลงหลักสูตรดูนะคะ ถ้าไม่ได้ก็ให้ทำ teamviewer กับทีมงานค่ะ

Kindly check the following to re-confirm that you were able to activate your Little Reader successfully:

> Open Little Reader and check if you don't see a "Trial Version" label in the window's title bar

> If you've imported some or all of your Curriculum content already, check if you can access or play your courses without being asked about your license key

About your BrillKids Account Management page, unfortunately we needed to disable your account's activation record feature temporarily while we are working on resolving an activation bug from our server's end. Rest assured that as long as you do not see the "Trial Version" label in your Little Reader, you will have activated your software correctly even if the record is not yet displayed in your account.

About the "Trial Curriculum" that you see in Little Reader, do you mean you only have that course listed in the Play Courses screen? If this is the case, please import your content using your Semester 1 and 2 content CDs, or by downloading the files from your BrillKids Account. You may refer to these articles for detailed instructions:

I would also like to inform you that we did receive the error report you sent (from your Little Reader Support Tools) about the sound problem you are experiencing in files that you downloaded from the forum. ใน Little Reader มีทั้งเทอม 1  เทอม 2 curriculum Trial และไฟล์ที่โหลดมาจากห้องสมุดก่อนโดนบล็อก ทั้งหมดสามารถเล่นได้หมดเลย แต่ก็ยังโดนบล็อกไฟล์ในห้องสมุดอยู่ค่ะ

ถ้างั้นส่งอีเมลย์ไปแจ้ง Kezia นะคะว่าลงได้แล้วแต่โหลดไฟล์จากห้องสมุดไม่ได้ และทำ screenshot ส่งไปให้เขาด้วยค่ะ

Dear Kezia,

I successfuly acivated my license key and imported LR contents.
The only issue I have right now is downloading the contents from LR library.
Looks like I am blocked or something. Do you know why and how to fix this problem?

No problem at all, and thank you for clarifying about the problem you are currently experiencing!

From your message, it sounds like your activation problem has been fixed, so we can focus on your Little Reader sound problem now. We received the Diagnostic Report you sent from your Support Tools window, and we will need a few more details about the problem.

Kindly answer the following questions:

1. What type of sound problem are you experiencing:
> Is the sound cut off? For example, instead of "cat," you hear "ca-"
> Is the sound completely missing?

2. Does the problem happen only to the files you downloaded from the BrillKids Forum, or does it happen even to your curriculum lessons?

3. Are you able to "preview" the sound files attached to the words? To do this, open Little Reader and go to the Advanced Play/Edit screen. Select any word and you should be able to preview "Pronunciations" or "Picture Audio" for it at the right side of the screen.

4. If the problem happens only for specific downloads, can you send those files to us so we can check? Alternatively, you may send us the download page links where you got those files.

5. Are you having a similar sound problem in your other programs or in websites like YouTube?

I hope you can tell us more about what is happening so we may troubleshoot further.

เป็นเฉพาะไฟล์ที่โหลดจากห้องสมุดของบิลคิดส์ ไฟล์ในบทเรีนยสามารถกดฟังเสียงจาก"Pronunciations" or "Picture Audio ได้
ปัญหาจากทุกไฟล์ในห้องสมุดหรือแม้แต่ในริวิวไฟล์ในห้องสมุดก็ไม่มีเสียง การดาวโหลดไฟล์จากเว็บอื่นไม่มีปัญหาเรื่องเสียง ค่ะ

นี่คือวิธีที่เราทำ TeamViewer

1. กรุณาติดตั้ง TeamViewer (ใช้ license for personal use) โดยทำตามขั้นตอนดังต่อไปนี้
     - ดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ติดตั้ง TeamViewer ที่
 http://www.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewer_Setup.exe
     - ดับเบิ้ลคลิกบน TeamViewer_Setup.exe
     - ในหน้าต่าง TeamViewer Setup เลือก "Install" แล้วคลิก NEXT
     - ในหน้า Environment เมื่อมีคำถามว่าคุณต้องการใช้ TeamViewer แบบไหน ให้เลือก "personal/non-commercial use" แล้วคลิก NEXT
     - ในหน้า License Agreement ให้เลือก "I accept the terms of the License Agreement"และ "I agree that I will only use TeamViewer for non-commercial and private use," จากนั้นกด NEXT
     - ในหน้า Choose Installation Type ให้เลือก "No (Default)" จากนั้นคลิก FINISH เพื่อเริ่มทำการติดตั้ง TeamViewer

เมื่อคุณติดตั้ง TeamViewer เสร็จแล้ว ให้เปิดโปรแกรมขึ้นมาและจดรหัสผ่าน และ ID ของ TeamViewer  รายละเอียดนี้จะอยู่หน้าจอแรกเมื่อคุณเปิดโปรแกรม จะอยู่ตรงส่วน "Allow Remote Control" ค่ะ

2. เมื่อถึงเวลานัดทำ TeamViewer ให้คุณเข้าไปรอที่ห้องแชท ที่ลิ๊งค์นี้ http://www.brillkids.com/chat.php

พนักงานของ Brillkids จะรอคุณอยู่ กรุณาแสดงตนว่าคุณเป็นใคร และให้ รหัสผ่าน และ ID ของ TeamViewer กับพนักงาน ทำตามคำแนะนำของพนักงาน หรือไม่อย่างนั้นก็นั่งดูเราแก้ปัญหาให้คุณผ่านทางหน้าจอคอมพิวเตอร์ของคุณ

ข้อควรจำ: ตามมาตรฐานของโปรแกรม TeamViewer  รหัสผ่านจะเปลี่ยนทุกครั้งทิ่คุณเปิดและปิดโปรแกรม ดังนั้น คุณต้องมั่นใจว่าคุณให้รหัสผ่านที่คุณเห็นเมื่อคุณเปิดโปรแกรมตามเวลาที่ได้นัดกับพนักงานของเราไว้
