brill kids in uk

Anyone know if you can purchase brill kids little reader or math software in the uk. I having trouble with the downloaded free trial (sound and pics not working together as they should) and hoped if i could purchase the software on dvd it would run better. Dont want to pay high shipping rates from usa. Any help will be brilliant.

There would be no difference between the download version and what you get on disk.

Can you give more details on the problems you are experiencing?  Please try be be as specific and detailed as possible. In 99% of cases, all such problems can be resolved (though sometimes more patience can be needed in some cases).

If not, can you please create a Diagnostic Report:
- from Windows START menu
-> All Programs
-> BrillKids (folder)
-> Little Reader (folder)
-> find "Diagnostic" item. 

It will generate a file called "Little_Reader_2010_...zip" in your C:\...\My Documents\BrillKids\Tools folder.  Please attach that to your reply.

Sound seems bit better now ive slowed down auto forward on mathsThough not solved or fully tested but on reader the beginning of words being pronounced are missing.

I cant seem to include the diagnostic test it only lets me send the diagnostic link not the actually result. I will keep trying.

Did it generate the Diagnostic file?  If so, when replying, click on Browse and navigate to the C:\...\My Documents\BrillKids\Tools folder to locate the file and attach.

Yes it did generate file but when i search for it exactly as you say it takes my to tools then when i open that i just get diagnostics and no files

Are you saying that you can find the "Tools" folder but there's no file called ""Little_Reader_2010_...zip"? What do you mean you just get diagnostics? Please attach whatever you see in that folder.
