Hello. Please advise me where the problem is as I am trying to download the Chinese and update the new version but it took ages still downloading. I switch off and on my iPad, it progressed quite fast to 25% for updating then it stops and hang there. I could open other lessons. Please HELP! Thank you.

Hi Kaydenbaby! Kindly note that
you can't download a lesson file while updating the app - you have to either download your Chinese lessons first or update the app first, then do the other thing afterwards. I recommend that you update your Little Reader Touch (LRT) app first.
When downloading the app update, make sure that you are connected to a good WiFi network (better to connect to a residential network than public ones). If you have several downloads or updates going on in your iPad, try to finish the others first or just download / update a few things at a time. If you see several apps that are on "waiting," you can tap some of the app icons to "pause" the update for those apps to help finish the updates for the other apps faster. Once you're ready to resume updates for your other apps, just tap the paused app icons.
Also, make sure you do have enough power in your iPad, or leave it plugged in to power during the downloads or updates. Another tip is to just download all your app updates using iTunes on your computer and sync it with your iPad later.
Once you're done with updating LRT, try downloading your Chinese lessons again. Please refer to this article for more suggestions for course download problems:

Help me please...
I have attached the video of problem but it can not show. The problems are after click on the "restore" botton it turns to "download" when I click "download" it goes back to "restore".
Inspite of I could success in restore in semester1 but I don't understand how it dosen't work in semester2.
At first I think there are some bugs in programe. Now 4 mths later these problems still have continue.

In case you are using an old version of the app, please update the app first, then try restoring your lessons again. You can also follow the suggestions in the "What to Do When You Have Problems Downloading..." article that I linked for Kaydenbaby above.
