Hi KL amd Brillkids team,

I have tried to download the english curriculum into the new version of LR but it wont let me import it without a licence key. I went into my account mangament and tried to download the licence key but (for the english not the chinese curriculum that works fine) and it says the file is corrupted and wont let me import the licence key. I am on a lifetime plan so i don't undrstand why it is not working.

Can you kindly try copy-and-pasting your English key instead of downloading and opening your license key file? You may also try re-downloading your LR 2.0 installer as we have uploaded a newer build a few minutes ago.

Just to explain briefly how importing content files and license keys work in LR 2.0:

LR will ask you to import your content license key after you have imported your content file. You will be asked to do this once for each curriculum -- right after importing English (US) Semester 1, for example. As you may have noticed you would have license keys assigned to your curriculum now, and you will need to import these keys so you can use your curriculum.

Perhaps Little Reader is still running in the background when you were trying to run the installer for LR 2.0 -- kindly try doing this:
 - Press CTRL + ALT + Delete on your keyboard to open your Windows Task Manager
 - Go to the "Applications" tab
 - Find and select "BrillKids Little Reader" and click on the End Task button
 - Try running the LR 2.0 installer again and see if you can finally proceed with the installation

To those who are having content file downloading problems, we have just fixed the issue so you should be able to download successfully now -- kindly try again. You may also want to hit Refresh, or even clear your browser's cache, if you are still seeing that error message: http://support.brillkids.com/index.php/article/what-is-a-cache-and-how-do-i-refresh-it

Hello Brilkids team,

I am having problem with my Thai language lesson. LR 2.0 does not display any sound control symbols and vowels that are above and below the words.
I did not have this problem when I was using LR 1.6.

Could you pls look into this and let me know how to fix it?

Please help! I've downloaded LR 2.0, and it refuses to open on my computer. I go into it from every angle, and absolutely nothing pops up! I've tried everything. Agh -- my son is OBSESSED with LR, and it's so sad that he hasn't been able to use it.

I have upgraded to ver 2.0 and everything works well except the english Semester 1 & 2 is being grey out & ask fora license key. In the brillikids website under software, there are 3 steps for upgrading to version 2.0, the last
steps is the license key for LR chinese semester 1&2 but I did not see a step 4 for the english semester 1 & 2
license key.

Can you send me the missing license key for English 1 &2. I try the old 1.6 key but it is corrupted.I have a lifetime plan user.

We have not finish the English Semester 2 yet. My son is missing the lesson.
Could you please help.
