Yes, the email response that you'll get from our helpdesk does include a link at the beginning of the message. That link will take you to our helpdesk website (
http://support.brillkids.com) where you can sign in to your BrillKids account to view all your support requests.
In case the link doesn't work for you, you may simply refer to the email's message body, as all correspondences related to your support request are always included in the message body itself.
Anyway just to clarify for you, the license key links in your BrillKids account for Little Reader, Little Math and Little Musician will let you download your full curriculum (Semester 1+2) file. There is no separate download link for each semester.
The error "Protocol format is not supported. Probably you have outdated application version." means the content you are trying to download is not compatible with the old Little Reader software version that you have in your computer. To fix this error you'll need to update your Little Reader first (to date the latest version is 3.3.1500) and then you can try downloading your lesson content again.
In case you need further assistance, we can help you through a TeamViewer session, where we can temporarily visit your computer and remotely do the fixes for you. I mentioned this the last time I replied to your support request (ticket #13803), so if you'd like to do a session, kindly reply to that email.
