Just to let you know -- we've also received your Customer Support message, and we're currently looking into the error you've encountered.
In the meantime, kindly try doing this:
- Download this file: http://d2.brillkids.com/upload/files/comic.ttf
- From your Start menu, open your Control Panel (toggle "Classic View")
- Go to "Fonts"
- Drag and drop (or copy and paste) the "comic.ttf" file you've just downloaded into your Fonts folder
- If you get a warning message like "The Comic Sans MS (TrueType) font is already installed..." click OK
- Find the "Comic Sans MS (TrueType)" item inside your Fonts folder, and DELETE it
- Transfer the comic.ttf file to your Fonts folder again (this should replace the problematic font you had in your computer)
Please try opening Little Reader again and see if you still get the error.
