I have downloaded ur 14 day trial version little reader. Please can you help me to locate the technical problem from how I can use the trial version

Dear Ragitha,

Can you kindly clarify your problem for us? Are you having trouble downloading and installing your 14-day free trial?

If yes, please follow the instructions on this page: http://support.brillkids.com/index.php/article/little-reader-free-trial

Is your issue a technical problem? Were you able to successfully install the software? Are you able to open the program?

Please reply to us with more information about your problem by describing your problem in greater detail.  If you are encountering an error message, kindly try to provide us a screenshot and attach it to your forum post.
