I think you did write to our support email before but we haven't heard from you again since the last time we replied to your message. In case you never got our reply, I'll put our previous suggestions here and a few more to help sort things out immediately:
1. Upgrade to the latest version of Little Reader (v2.0.720)
I noticed from our records that you haven't upgraded your Little Reader software yet, and this may be part of the reason why you are getting these errors. Kindly upgrade your software by using the installer from your BrillKids Account, because the version in your CD would be an older one.
2. After upgrading your software, try reimporting your content files
I understand that you've already downloaded the latest version of your content from your BrillKids Account, so you don't have to download those files again. Once you're done upgrading your software, just open the files again to reimport your lessons (again, please do not use your CDs this time).
3. Re-import your license key
I have just cleared up your old activation records for you so after you import your content files, import your license key to activate Little Reader
