Can you kindly give us more information about your playback problem:
- Do you get the "Media files missing" and/or the "Multisensory lesson is not currently available" error messages in other lesson days too?
- Day 134 Session 2 B2 contains a review of the "Couplets 1" category from Semester 1. Is it possible that you have not imported your Semester 1 content yet? Otherwise, kindly go to your "My Documents \ BrillKids \ Little Reader \ Media Library" folder and check if the media files for that category are there, but are just not playing in Little Reader (e.g., "bk-blue-bricks-1.jpg," or "bk couplets woman - blue bricks.mp3").
- From which LR screen did you play this particular lesson: from the Home screen, or from the Playback screen?
- What were you doing before you got this error (did you import any downloaded lessons, or did you delete any lessons or media files)?
Lastly, please create a diagnostic report and take a screenshot of the error (if possible), and attach these files to your reply. For instructions on how to create a diagnostic report, you may refer to the image in this page:

Kindly create your diagnostic report and screenshot BEFORE you open the files I'm sending you, so we can easily identify the cause of the problem you experienced.
