It seems you have skipped a step in the installation process, and this is when you import your lesson content. Please refer to these articles for detailed instructions on how to get your purchased curriculum content for both Little Reader and Little Math:

- What kind of Internet connection are you using (e.g., dial-up, DSL, LAN, ethernet, etc.)?
- What Internet browser(s) are you using (e.g., Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Safari)? If possible, please also tell us your current browser version.
- When does the error happen (e.g., upon opening LR/LM, while playing a lesson, etc.)?
- Are you getting an error message? If yes, what does it say?
We also request that you send us a Diagnostic Report so we may troubleshoot further. You may refer to the instructions in this article:
