Little Reader 3.5 curriculum

Hello again, Kezia.
 
    I have recently downloaded the LR update from 2.(something) to 3.5 and noticed that the curriculum order is different and will repeat lessons for my child who just started sememster 2.  Is there anyway I can go back to the older version so that we can continue and not be thrown off. That's gonna be a lot of extra work to figure out where to skip to and what parts of the lessons I should and shouldn't do.

Hi Yisrael!

If you want to revert back to the older curriculum, that will mean going back to the older software too. Unfortunately the older curriculum doesn't work well in the latest LR software.

ok. That''s all good but what should I do about what she hasn't covered yet with v2? She has, just about, covered all of semester 1 of v2. I think the last 2 days of semester 1 was with v3. She is now on semester 2 of v3.  Also, is there a way I can get a curriculum guide for v3? My 11 month old son is on the program as well.

Sorry for missing your post!

If there's any category (word group) that your daughter hasn't covered yet, you can play that specific category separately or outside the daily lessons. You can browse all the categories included in the curriculum by going to the PLAY & EDIT screen, then clicking on the "Categories" button located just below the top row of square buttons (e.g., Play Courses, Play & Edit, etc.).

The categories are arranged into folders for each semester. You can also use the Search function to look for a specific word - just click the magnifying glass button on the upper right corner of the category list.

As for the curriculum guide, just go to the PROGRESS DIARY screen - just select the specific semester and day your son is in to check the word list for that lesson.
