Kindly try importing your LR license key(s) again and see if it activates successfully this time. Also, we've uploaded a new version of LR a few minutes ago, so you may try upgrading to the new version (v2.0.720) and see if that helps.
If you choose to upgrade your software, please make sure you save a backup of your personal (or downloaded) lessons first -- this is just a precaution in case you'll need to reimport those after you finish upgrading.
Here are some tips on to help ensure a smooth license key activation process:
1. Make sure that you have a stable and active Internet connection when you import your key.
2. If you are manually typing in your license key, check that you have not mis-typed your key. If you are asked to log in to your BrillKids Account, make sure you have entered the correct email and password for your BrillKids Account.
3. Try temporarily turning off your Firewall or Anti-Virus before importing your key in case Little Reader's communication with our server is being blocked by your Firewall or Anti-Virus
4. In case you've already activated your key 2 times and you are trying to reactivate LR in one of those computers (or you are switching to a new computer), try clearing up one of your activation records first and try importing your key again.
