little reader touch can not download course

hi..
i'm having a trouble with our little reader touch...i've already downloaded the full semester for my ipod and ipad..then, a couple of months ago, i decided to buy ipad mini..i succesfully downloaded the app, but failed to download the course...so, i thought maybe the iAccess only permitted to use on 2 devices just like little reader for pc...therefore, i deleted the app from my old ipad..and tried to download the course again from the ipad mini...but still until now i can't download it....every time i click ' restore' then it changed to ' download' and when i click it , changed to ' waiting' for just a sec and it back to ' restore' again....i've already done that several times, but it kept do the same..
i need help so desperately...we've already postponed our lesson for 2 months now, coz we moved a lot and little reader touch is the only solution for us...

Hi myakasim,

iAccess will let you install Little Reader Touch and your courses on up to 3 iOS devices, so it should still work on your new iPad Mini since you mentioned that it is your 3rd device, is that correct?

In the meantime I checked your BrillKids Account and it seems you could access your courses from your iPad Mini (i.e., iAccess works on your iPad Mini). The download problem you described could be caused by other things like your connection, for example.
