Cannot access any modules on little reader

Hi,
I am a member - [email protected] a week now I have been trying to download the course content from day 10 onwards(Media Files Are Missing). I followed the instructions under software systems and downloaded from the screen. When it asks whether I want to import into little reader I said yes.

After a few moments I get this error message-'file share lock exceeeded.Increase maxlockperfile registry entry'.
I clicked Ok. It loads again, then I get the same error message. This goes around in circles and I have now lost all my course content including the 1st 9 days.
This is very frustrating! How can I get the course uploaded?

Kindly download the following file and see if it helps:

You will need to extract a file called 'MaxLocksPerFile.reg' inside this .zip file using an extracting program. In case you don't have an extracting program yet, you may download WinRAR here: http://www.rarlab.com/

To extract the file, simply find the 'MaxLocksPerFile.zip' you've just downloaded, right-click on it, and choose 'Extract Here.' Double-click on the 'MaxLocksPerFile.reg' file to run it (make sure that Little Reader is closed before doing this).

Once you're done running the .reg file, you may open your Little Reader and try importing lesson content files again.

Is your Little Reader working fine now after doing our suggested solution (please refer to my reply above)?
