Hi Kreena,
There's actually a page in your Account Management page where you can see a list of every LR and LM file that you've previously downloaded, and from there you can also re-download it or jump to a specific file's information page.
To access this page:
- Click on the "Account" link at the top of the page
- Go to the "Software Systems" tab and toggle the LR or LM tab
- In the left-hand side of the LR/LM tab is a set of buttons -- click on the "Downloaded Files" button

first time you download it. This means that when you re-download this particular Premium file again, you will not lose any points. The same rule applies whether you re-download a file from your Account page or from the Downloads Library.
Thanks for letting us know about what happened - we will certainly look into this error and make sure it gets fixed ASAP!
