Malicious Attempt Detected?

I regularly report in the Progress Diary. Often after I've written what I want to write and click on "Save," it looks like it is saving it when suddenly it all disappears and I get a message MALICIOUS ATTEMPT DETECTED.  I have no idea what I am doing that is causing that to come up.  I have learned that there are certain things I cannot use in the Progress diary, such as an apostophe and possibly other symbols. But I don't know why I keep getting that message. It is frustrating me and wasting a lot of time as I try again and again to get my report written and saved.    Justin's Mom

Hi Sonshine,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! So far you are the first to report about a "malicious attempt detected" error, and right now we are looking into what causes this issue.

In the meantime, we updated the Progress Diary pages so you should be able to type in symbols like the apostrophe ( ' ) and double quotes ( " ). Please refresh your Progress Diary screen by clicking on any area of your diary and pressing CTRL + F5 (alternatively, you may right-click anywhere in the page and choose "Refresh").

If you find other characters/symbols that aren't appearing correctly in the Progress Diary, do let me know.

We need to know more about how or when you get the "malicious attempt" error, so we request that you try updating any day in your Progress Diary and take screenshots during each step:

 1. Once you are done typing your notes (or before you press "Save")

 2. When the "malicious attempt" message appears

 3. After getting the error, press CTRL + N and an Internet Explorer browser window will pop up -- please take a screenshot of the entire window
