In case you have yet to upgrade your software to the latest version (v 2.0.686), you may try doing this and see if it helps fix the problem. Simply visit the Purchases page of your Account Management page to get the installer for the latest version of Little Reader or Little Math.
For your reference, here's a quick list of situations when the license key activation will NOT work, and what we suggest you do to work around the problem:
1. Importing key while you are not connected to the Internet
To activate your Little Reader or Little Math license key, your software needs to connect to our server through the Internet. Please make sure that you have a stable and active Internet connection when you import your key.
2. Entering the wrong license key or BrillKids Account information in one of the license key import prompts
If you are manually typing in your license key, check that you have not mis-typed your key. If you are asked to log in to your BrillKids Account, make sure you have entered the correct email and password for your BrillKids Account.
3. Little Reader or Little Math's communication with our server is being blocked by a Firewall or Anti-Virus currently installed and enabled in your computer
Please try temporarily turning off your Firewall or Anti-Virus and see if you can activate Little Reader or Little Math successfully.
4. Activating using a key that has already been used/activated 2 times
If you have already activated Little Reader or Little Math in two computers, we suggest that you remove one of your activation records so you can free up an activation slot for the computer you are installing or reinstalling your software in.
