We checked our activation records, and there are currently no activation records for any computer from your account's license key. This can only mean the following possibilities:
1. You were not able to key in your license key;
2. You keyed in your license key, but were not able to activate it online (you need to be connected to the internet to do this)
3. You keyed in your license key, tried to activate it online, but was given the error message "Your license key is invalid."
Did you key in your license key and activate it online? If now, can you please try to follow the instructions here on these support articles:
