Can you kindly send us 2-3 of those mp3 files that consistently have this playback problem?
1. To get these, please open your LR and do the following:
- Go to Advanced Play/Edit and select the specific word where you get this problem
- Refer to the Preview area for the word you've selected and click on the "Pronunciation" or "Picture Audio" button
- Take note of the filename(s) of the problematic sound files
Note: You will see the filename right below the preview screen (e.g., "bk action words woman - clap.mp3," "bk action words man - clap.mp3," etc.)
2. Next, find these sound files:
- From your Start menu, go to All Programs
- Go to "BrillKids," then open the "Little Reader" folder
- Click on the item named "Open Media Library" and look for the file(s) you have noted from step 1 above
- Copy these files to your Desktop (or My Documents)
- You may put these into a *.zip archive if you like
3. Send me a PM and attach the file so we can have a look
While we examine the files you'll be sending, I suggest that you get the newer versions of your Curriculum content files and see if the updates we've implemented help fix the playback problem you are experiencing. To get the latest version of your content files, simply visit your Account Management page (from there, go to "Purchases > Little Reader") -- you may also refer to this article for detailed instructions on how to do this:
