Free Trial - Now Purchased

I did the free trial for Little Reader/ Math, I've now purchased both products, but my little reader still only shows the first nine leasons.  I thought I was purchasing 6 months of leasons, but they do not appear under the courses tab, is this right?

Hi aaronapearce,

Have you downloaded and imported your Little Reader and Little Math lesson content files already? If you haven't done this step (this is actually the last step of the installation process), kindly do so in order to access the rest of your Semester 1 lessons (i.e., 6 months' worth of lessons).

Once you have imported your content files, then you would see all your course lessons -- you should have lessons from Day 1 to 130 for both Little Reader and Little Math.

I've followed these steps & still see only the first 9 lessons.  I've activated the license, etc. with no success.  Please help.  Thank you.

Can you kindly clarify if you are using the latest version of Little Reader (v2.0.625)? If you are using an older version, I suggest that you upgrade to the new one, and then try importing your content files again. How about Little Math, were you able to get your complete Semester 1 course?

The version says 1.6.342 for Little Reader.

My son is 6.5 months old.  We've been doing the Little Leader lessons twice a day, four days a week since beginning when he was 6 months.  (repeating lessons now, since I can't get the new ones to update).  How do I update the version?

Forgot to mention, I haven't started Little Math yet.

I see, then that's possibly what's causing your LR problem -- since a few months ago we've updated all the Little Reader content files into LR 2.0-compatible ones, so if you were using the new content in an older version it may not work correctly.

You can download the installer for the latest version of Little Reader from your Account Management page (go to the Purchases tab). Here's a direct link:

In case you haven't downloaded Little Math yet, you can get it from the same page (see above), by clicking on the "Little Math" sub-menu.
