You need to be connected to the Internet to activate your software successfully, as your LR will be communicating with our server for this process. Kindly refer to this Support article for detailed instructions on how to import your license key:

You may manage your activation records anytime, should you need to switch to another computer, or if you have reformatted your computer. You may find instructions on how to do this here:
