content updates are free to download - this applies for both sold categories (which you paid for using your Apple ID) and iAccess-enabled courses.
Can you kindly confirm if the iPad you are using now is the same device that you used when you bought the categories before? If you're using a different iPad, perhaps you restored the old iPad backup onto the newer one?
In the meantime, you can try the following:
1. Open LRT and go to "Download Lessons"
2. If you haven't done so already, please sign in to your BrillKids Account by tapping the "Sign in to BrillKids Account" button
3. Go to the "Updates" section and try downloading the updates available, OR if you don't see any updates, you may simply re-download the categories from the "Featured" or "Lesson Types" sections.
Note: If you want to try re-downloading, you may need to remove the categories (previously downloaded ones) from your device. To remove the old categories, go to Download Lessons > Downloads, find the category you want to remove and tap the [Remove] button for that category. Tap the [Sure?] button to confirm and wait a few seconds as LRT removes the content from your device.
