Can you kindly try uninstalling both LR and LM and then install them again?
To uninstall:
- From your Start Menu, open your Control Panel
- Go to "Add or Remove Programs"
- Find "BrillKids Little Reader" and click on the REMOVE button (an InstallShield wizard will open)
- Choose to "Remove" the software and follow the prompts to finish uninstalling Little Reader
**You may follow the same procedure for uninstalling "BrillKids Little Math"
After doing this, go to your BrillKids Account Management page or just follow these links to download your software installers:

As a Trial user, all you needed to do was install the software (Step 1), and you can immediately start your free trial of Little Reader and Little Math.

- Open Little Reader or Little Math
- Go to the Options menu
- Find and choose the item "Optimize Performance for: Slow Computer"
